Geat time of year...spring has sprung

The other weekend we took off to the Blue Mountains..we ent via Berowa Water up to Windsor etc GREAT DRIVE this way

on the river at Windsor on the way up the Bells Line Road to Blackheath

...the windsor streets have markets everyweekend

We visited the Botanic Gardens at Mt Tomah on the Bells Line Road on the way to Blackheath..Therese reads EVERYTHING

some of the plants in the boggy section were real cool..here venus fly traps ( used to have these as a kid..fed it insects..still have the guilts

...more sticky little creatures...there are rubber knee pads so you can get down to them

...can really recommend that you try to see it during this month SPECTACULAR

This house was owned by Thereses' aunty and uncle as well as the bakery...we cruised Katoomba to find it, guided by her childhood memories, good fun

we spent 2 nights at this guest house in Blackheath...it was simple and comfortable...I like Blackheath
