STATUS; mums house after the water went through....carpenters are in now...skirting boards, architraves...

...new doors,vanity,kitchen, refridgerator, stove etc etc.... very big job...weeks to go yet

There are still a few of these around after the storms...maybe the owners think they are going to HEAL ????

I went in to buy a second hand metal cupboard for the studio and this Ferret was running around on the desk...

...the woman was telling me how much better than a dog or a cat it is.
She said it heads for the door when you shake the car keys ( Im not sure if it drives)
It was a skulkin looking thing,,,when she let "her ferret out for a run...." it...

....promptly went over and urinated on the paperwork on the desk..She chuckled lovingly and said "Thats because I taught her to wee on paper"...

...I gotta tell you the smell of this creature made my eyes water.

Mrs Woods...making the finishing touches to a FANTASTIC banana cake...I cant stop eating them !!!

We are still doing things around the house...fitting out the studio and still unpacking boxes...but it is fun now...most of the stress is gone now

...everybody thinks its great the way the new section blends in...some more paint and plants needed

Therese plants out some seeds for spring...thats her special gardening hat

We are starting to feel more apart of the new place as we surround ourselves with our art and other special things....

Karen,Bob Therese,Kaz, Jan and myself had a fantastic casserole night...

...and a great game of BALDERDASH. You get a word and everybody has to write the meaning.WELL !! What a bunch of cool poker faced criminals I ended up having at our table...These scammers..were good...very good. Potential real estate and car dealers all of them.....

...of course they were seduced by the fine traditional fare. Therese came up champs with the homemade banana cake and homemade bread...what a catch !!

Maree found good use of her new step dads gear when she needed to do a photography assignment for uni...very good work I must say.

My cartoon workshops have started up again in Schools...I did 4 sessions at Woodport Primary..at Erina..the kids were buzzin !!

...they liked the story of canibal sheep...named fifi

I also taught at St Pauls, Gateshead...very keen kids.

...they think its wonderful when I teach them how to sit a pig in water
